Randi Rodriguez has been involved in business and entrepreneurship since the age of seventeen and now brings more than two decades of real world business experience to Omni Forge Consulting.
He is a certified Entrepreneurship and Business Life Coach and has founded and operated multiple businesses from the ground up. Throughout his career he has managed teams, built leadership structures, improved sales performance, trained managers, and helped businesses develop systems that drive long term success.
Randi works closely with business owners, managers, and professionals who want to improve their leadership abilities, strengthen their operations, and build organizations that run more efficiently and profitably.
He also works one on one with individuals who want to level up their careers, move into leadership roles, or build a business of their own. From developing an idea to structuring the right strategy and systems, Randi helps people turn vision into execution.
His focus includes leadership development, operational improvement, staffing and training systems, sales performance, business strategy, and helping entrepreneurs open and grow new businesses from scratch.
Ralex Rodriguez
Data Systems and Business Intelligence Consultant
Ralex Rodriguez specializes in the analytical and systems side of business performance.
He currently works as a Treasury Management Business Analyst supporting treasury operations and helping leadership teams evaluate performance, pricing effectiveness, and operational risk across complex financial environments.
Ralex works closely with executive leadership to provide disciplined, data driven insight that helps guide strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency.
His expertise focuses on analytics, automation, and performance measurement systems that help businesses clearly understand what is happening inside their operations.
Using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Power Query, and artificial intelligence, Ralex designs reporting systems and dashboards that turn raw data into clear, actionable insights.
